Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Cristian Parra ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Maestro Metronome – Tempo, Beat mobile application ("App"), available on the Apple App Store.

By downloading and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any terms, please discontinue use of the App.

Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

• Feedback or support requests submitted via email (e.g., to [email protected]). This may include your name and email address.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), and hardware model.
• Usage Data: App features used, session duration, crash reports, and general performance diagnostics.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and app interactions, collected through third-party analytics.

C. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or photos unless you voluntarily provide them via support contact.
• We do not collect financial or payment information.
• We do not access your microphone, camera, or media library.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App's performance and stability.
• To analyze usage patterns and understand how users interact with the App.
• To diagnose and fix crashes, bugs, or technical issues.
• To respond to feedback, support requests, or inquiries.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To serve relevant advertisements through third-party ad networks (see Section 5).

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that collect information. These services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies before using our App.

Advertising

The App may display advertisements served by AppLovin MAX and its partner networks. These ad networks may collect and use information to serve personalized advertisements based on your interests.

The following data may be used for advertising purposes:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS), subject to your device's permission settings.
• Approximate location (country/region level only, derived from IP address).
• Device type, operating system, and app usage data.
• Interaction data with advertisements (clicks, impressions).

Your Choices: You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• On iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track."
• Or enable Limit Ad Tracking in your device settings.
• Visit NAI Opt-Out for additional options.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete such information.

If you are in the EEA and believe a child under 16 has used our App, please contact us immediately.

Data Retention

We retain automatically collected data (analytics, crash reports) for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is anonymized or deleted.

Support emails and communications are retained for up to 12 months to facilitate follow-up support.

You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of the App by contacting us (see Section 11).

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: Request that we transfer your data to another provider.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
• CCPA (California): California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion or opt out of its sale.

Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the App or App Store update notes.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
